Short Description
The Director of Contemporary Worship leads a lay ministry team of musicians, primarily in our 11:15 service, to the end that “those gathered recognize that God is in their midst and respond by singing his praise.” The DCW will lead and equip members of the team and support others on staff towards that vision. The DCW also serves on the Worship Planning Team which plans and coordinates worship and the Sunday morning experience for the entire church.
