We are thrilled to announce that we will be celebrating the consecration of the Reverend Alex Whitcomb Cameron as bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Pittsburgh on August 6, 2022. Please keep our diocese, bishop-elect Alex, and his family in your prayers as we prepare for this important transition.

Due to limited space, the in-person consecration service is by invitation only, but will be livestreamed to our congregations and the general public on this page.

About Our Bishop-Elect

Alex Cameron

The Rev. Alex Cameron has been an ordained Anglican priest for more than 30 years and is currently President of the Isaiah Forty Foundation. He has led churches in Montreal, Vermont, and Chicago over those 30 years. He has also worked as a business leader for organizations like General Electric and has had his own consulting company. He has been involved in the ministry of healing and wholeness with Isaiah Forty since 1996. Alex takes delight in seeing people realize that Jesus is bigger than they thought and that the Holy Spirit can bring lasting transformation in their lives. He and his wife Tamara have four adult children and three grandchildren. They live in Chicago.
