The Rev. Paul Calvin

God has graciously called Paul to sing, pray, and equip fellow Christians for the work of ministry. A singer, guitarist, and string player, and a fan of birds, dogs, hunting, and winter, Paul lives in St. Paul with his wife Anne and their four children. Anne is a high school Spanish teacher and chapel coordinator at a Christian school in Minneapolis.

Both Paul and Anne were raised in Baptist churches but were drawn to the Anglican Church through their participation in Church of the Great Shepherd while they were students at Wheaton College in Illinois. From 2003 to August 2012, Paul served at Church of the Redeemer’s planting church—Church of the Cross (Hopkins, MN). He has served as a pastor at Church of the Redeemer since 2007. Together, Paul and Anne have been involved at Church of the Redeemer in musical worship, teaching, and in numerous other areas of ministry. Paul is a graduate of Bethel Seminary and was ordained a deacon in 2010 and a priest in 2011.
