Unless we have a good sense of that, there are a million good ideas. And the hardest decisions, of course, are not between this good thing and this bad thing, but between this good thing and this good thing."
Bishop Alex encourages us to get clear about our congregation's mission and focus, so that we can improve our ability to select initiatives that are worth our investment, become better stewards of the limited resources at our disposal, and understand when we're making important exceptions to the rule.
