Communications Assistant – Print Production and Social Media Coordination - Trinity School for Ministry, Ambridge PA, is seeking to hire a FT Communications Assistant emphasizing Print Production and Social Media Coordination. Responsibilities include: ensuring timely and quality production of printed materials; supporting departments by developing copy for new communication materials; copywriting for printed materials and coordinating submission of written materials; editing and proofreading publications; negotiating bids for outsourced materials; sharing in-house printing/cutting/binding duties; sharing development of Social Media and E-mail Marketing Plan; creating ads and weekly postings for Social Media platforms; reporting monthly analytics to Director; creating and sending E-zine; communicating with other departments for expanded Social Media presence; providing copy for Website; providing photography support when needed; designing basic flyers; managing vendor relationships; attending and contributing to weekly production meetings. The Worship Team consists of three to eight singers and rehearses on Sunday morning. It is led by the Worship Pastor and organist/pianist. Music reading skills and ability to sing harmony is desirable. The worship is a blend of hymns, worship songs, and some anthems.
