Announcing New Director of Administration, Sarah Kwolek

The Standing Committee is pleased to announce that Ms. Sarah Kwolek has been appointed as the new Director of Administration for the Anglican Diocese of Pittsburgh. Sarah was previously the Director of Stewardship and Partnership. Sarah has held numerous development and administrative roles in the corporate and non-profit sector and has volunteered throughout her life in the administration of various congregations. She exhibits a deep commitment to collaborating with partners across the diocese to further its mission and accomplish its work. Sarah is married to Mark, a music teacher in Pittsburgh Public Schools. They have three children, Micah (15), Jonathan (13), and Anna (12). The Kwolek’s are worship leaders at Church of the Savior in Ambridge.

"I am excited to use the gifts the Lord has given me to serve the diocese in this new role,” says Sarah. “It is a joy to encourage and support our congregations in tangible ways, especially as we move through a significant transition period.”

The Committee also sincerely thanks the Interim Director, Mr. Nick Storm, for his excellent, faithful service. Sarah’s appointment began on January 1 and her duties include managing the business and financial operations of the diocese as well as managing the Diocesan staff.
