We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our Diocese office running smoothly and efficiently. The perfect person for the role will be proactive, collaborative, and offer a keen attention to detail. He/She will have past experience working in an office environment, fulfilling administrative duties and rendering general administrative support. The AA will contribute to the efficiency of the diocese by providing general administrative support to the Director of Administration and the Diocesan Executive Assistant.
General administrative support for the Diocesan office to guarantee that diocesan goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
Maintain and improve internal processes that support the diocese
Represent the Diocese professionally via phone, Zoom and in-person interactions
Execute work to ensure the office priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
PT position: 20 hours/week, flexibility with days and time
